Thomas and Joannah have been serving with SIM in Peru since 2021. Their ministry training, experience and love for people has helped them to grow strong relationships among locals, believers and churches. Thomas is currently completing a Masters in Intercultural Studies with SMBC for further personal and ministry development. They're also enjoying raising their family as it grows in Peru.

Ministry Focus
After one year of cultural and Spanish study they moved to Abancay in the Peruvian Andes to partner with local evangelical churches. Their main focus is discipling young people and local leaders. They teach and lead at many local services, conferences and camps, also partnering in outreach to rural villages. They've been encouraged to see the Holy Spirit deepening believers faith and leading new people to Christ.
