Phill and Di are passionate about nurturing new generations in ministry and mission. Now based in Australia, they are drawing on their years of cross-cultural experience in leadership to journey with younger country and ministry leaders in SIM and beyond through mentoring and most recently Professional Ministry Supervision relationships. Diane is also leading SIM’s global research project on “Diversity and Gifting”. Whether it is an in-person conversation over coffee or a scheduled zoom call, they are grateful for every opportunity to encourage others in their walk with Jesus.
